What we do around the equipment
Equipment is the middle of the job. These are the parts on either side of it — the work that decides whether a delivered laboratory is a working laboratory — and the software systems we build for institutions in their own right.
Laboratory Planning and Consultation
Equipment lists, layouts, and utility requirements worked out with the department before the budget line is committed, so the specification you publish is the laboratory you can actually build.
- Room layout and equipment schedule aligned to the curriculum
- Power, water, drainage, and ventilation requirements per station
- Technical specifications suitable for bid documents
- Phased build-out options where funding is released by tranche
Delivery and Installation
Delivery to the campus, unpacking, positioning, and assembly, scheduled around the academic calendar and the institution's receiving procedures.
- Delivery to state universities, colleges, and government agencies
- Site coordination with facilities and procurement staff
- Assembly, positioning, and utility connection
- Turnover with a documented inventory of delivered items
Commissioning and Calibration
Equipment is proven to work in the room it was delivered to. Units are powered up, run through functional checks, and calibrated before the department signs the acceptance.
- Functional testing of each delivered unit on site
- Calibration and initial setup of instruments
- Acceptance testing witnessed by the receiving department
- Handover of manuals and operating documentation
Faculty Training and Orientation
Hands-on orientation for the faculty and technicians who will run the laboratory, covering operation, routine maintenance, and safe handling of each apparatus.
- On-site sessions for faculty, laboratory technicians, and student assistants
- Operating procedures and experiment walkthroughs per apparatus
- Routine maintenance and safe handling practices
- Refresher sessions on request as teaching staff change
After-Sales Support and Warranty
A supplier who is still reachable after the acceptance is signed. Warranty coverage, spare parts, and service requests are handled locally rather than routed offshore.
- Warranty coverage as stated in the quotation
- Spare parts and consumables sourced through the principal manufacturers
- Service requests handled by local technical staff
- Support for repeat and expansion orders on existing installations
Printing and IT Services
Printing and information-technology services carried over from the company's general supply work, available to institutions already procuring laboratory equipment.
- Printing services for institutional requirements
- Information-technology supply and support
- Consolidated quotations alongside laboratory equipment
Software systems
Two systems the company builds and operates itself, rather than sourcing from a principal manufacturer. They are quoted the same way as the equipment: scoped with the institution first, then priced.
Learning Management System for Institutions
An institution-wide learning management system for colleges and universities, built and operated by us rather than resold. It is scoped to the whole institution — every program, department, and section under one deployment — instead of being sold to a single office. Course materials become material students can practise against, and attendance, grades, and engagement are read together so a department can see who is falling behind while there is still term left to act on it.
- One deployment covering every program, department, and section
- Role-based access for administrators, faculty, students, and advisers
- Course materials turned into practice questions and study aids
- An early-warning view across attendance, grades, and engagement
- Available for pilot deployment, scoped with the institution before any commitment
CRM and Sales Automation
A managed customer-relationship and sales system for organisations that have outgrown spreadsheets. We deploy an isolated instance of the open-source Twenty CRM, build the automation and reporting around it, and operate it for a monthly fee rather than selling per-seat licences.
- An isolated CRM deployment per client, hosted in the client's own region
- Automated lead capture, routing, and follow-up
- Reporting on pipeline, automation runs, and attribution
- Set-up and monthly operation, not a per-seat licence
- Built on Twenty, an open-source CRM we deploy and operate rather than author
Tell us what the laboratory has to do
Send the curriculum, the room, or the specification already written into your bid documents, and we will quote the equipment and the work around it together.
